This initial Session offers a grounded experience of the work and a chance to feel the field I hold, including how it supports your softening, remembrance and transformation. This is where you can sense the energy, attunement and depth of the space as it meets you in your reconnection and becoming.

Should we both feel aligned after that first session, you’re welcome to continue into a package of ongoing sessions, typically three or six months. This creates steady momentum and a dedicated container that supports deeper unfolding, integration and long-term transformation.
