Hello Beautiful Soul, my name is Roshelle.
My passion is supporting people in their transformation. I help spiritual, heart-based people identify and heal what's stopping them from realizing how lovable they are, how worthy they are, and how powerful they are.
Together with my Wisdom Council and guides, I create a field of presence, love and acceptance to help anchor in the container for welcoming all of yourself in. We work through your Highest Self and Guides to facilitate experiences that help create a shift in the energetic, emotional and mental patterns that are impacting your life. The container then helps you to integrate these shifts across your whole life.
These experiences are created through singing & vocalizing, somatic movement and breathing, silence, co-regulation, journalling, use of story & metaphor, energy clearing & rewiring, and subconscious release & reprogramming.
I believe you are the expert on your body, and I do my best to encourage inner inquiry and an unearthing of your own answers whenever possible.
I have found that healing often happens when we remove the resistance, judgement and/or shame we have around our current experience. In being witnessed through grace and acceptance, it becomes possible to shift our experience into a higher vibration, opening our path to healing. I do my best to bow to this grace and help facilitate this experience for others.
As you open up to the calling to welcome yourself home, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey.
I created The Bridge and Earth Temple because I wanted you to have the place to turn where you are seen and witnessed in your authenticity, where you get to let down the barriers and feel what it's like to be held in your vulnerable authenticity. In order to nurture from a space of unconditional love, you must be willing to love yourself first.
These are deep magical containers that meet you where you're at right now and helps you rewire your whole system to support you in who you are becoming. It asks for you to trust yourself, to lean in to receive what it's so easy to give.
They work at the energetic level create a nurturing space for your physical, emotional and etheric bodies to align with your new reality. Surround yourself with a community of kindred spirits and stretch yourself into becoming all of who you are.
